Studio265 \ office

info The office space was built as an extension of three floors in an existing building of the 1980s. The original design challenge was the "binding" of the new volumes to the pre-existing construction. This was achieved in the best way, working on the incremented volume of the structure and the colour options chosen (red, blue and yellow).

description

We identified specific guidelines for the interior design of three-level office space, in order to ensure optimal working conditions for both employees and office guests. Thus, special attention was paid to the choice of materials (marble, wood, stainless steel, crystal, metal rugs), colours and equipment that exudes robustness and freshness. The basic design parameter is related to the control of the natural light that enters the building from all sides and whose intensity is controlled by external blinds and interior rollers. For space ventilation, ceiling fans as well as night air extraction system are used. A special feature of the building is the open space of the staircase that enhances the sense of comfort and visual communication between the floors, combined with an impressive sculpture made of stainless steel and coloured acrylic glass slabs that collectively refers to the basic materials of the building. On the first floor there is the entrance-reception, the design and production area and the meeting room. On the second and third level are the offices of architects and engineers, as well as the back-office area.
