description

It develops on two communicating levels (ground floor, basement), following the natural slope of the ground. In fact, following the gradient of the soil it does not "lose" at all in sight from the volume of the house. The gaze of the guest in the pool area passes over the roof of the house. Particular attention was paid to the roof of the house, which had to be designed with aesthetics in mind, as it is visible from several points of the plot. Particular emphasis was placed on interior furnishings and interior frames, all handmade, creating a unified aesthetic set with the basic design of the interior space. The cooling and heating system is based on heat pumps (underfloor heating, cooling system on the ceilings) and built-in air conditioning system covered with stable handmade timber. There is also a built-in music system in the exterior and interior space. In the surrounding area special attention was paid to the completion of the building respecting its original form. It was a bet that was won: there are no landscaped terraces. Rainwater collection tank and wastewater treatment plants serve irrigation in the plot area. Great effort was put in order to keep the surrounding area well defined and separated from the natural environment, avoiding major interventions.
